Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are getting married, and the potential of a prenuptial agreement has been brought up several times in the tabloids.
The overall consensus is that the celebrity couple, who has been together for seven years, will end up signing a prenuptial agreement in order to protect their assets. The 36-year-old actress is said to be worth $120 million, and her 48-year-old fiancee is worth $150 million. Experts believe that signing a prenuptial agreement is a necessary step in their engagement process.
Any type of information regarding their six children will not be included in the documentation. Both Pitt and Jolie are pretty equivalent when it comes to wealth, and a prenuptial agreement will help make sure that they could both care for their children in the event of a separation.

Last month, former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and his wife, Maria Shriver, announced that they had separated. Days after, Schwarzenegger came forward about the fact that he had an affair and fathered a child with a former housekeeper at the family’s Brentwood home.
Shriver and Schwarzenegger have been married for 25 years. The two said that despite living separately and considering divorce, they will continue to raise their 4 children (ages 13 to 21-years old) together.
Schwarzenegger impregnated former housekeeper Mildred Baena about 14 years ago. The boy is around the same age as his and Shriver’s youngest child. Shriver was not informed of the affair or child until just before Schwarzenegger left office in January.
