Renee is the Office Manager at Marshall & Taylor, where she oversees firm operations with a focus on efficiency, organization, and continuous improvement. With over nine years of experience as a Director of Accounting and Firm Administrator, she has developed a strong foundation in financial management and law firm operations.

She is known for her proactive approach to streamlining processes and finding smarter, more effective ways of getting things done. Renee has a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Campbell University.

Outside of work, she enjoys kayaking, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. At home, she stays busy with her two cats, Ezra and Leela.
