Lindsay Simon

For Lindsay Simon, practicing law means guiding families through their most difficult moments with a deep-seated passion for advocacy and support. Lindsay decided to pursue her passion for helping children and families by moving to Raleigh in 2021 to attend Campbell University School of Law.
She is known for her hands-on experience and first-hand guidance, having honed her skills through clinical family law litigation and international study of diverse legal systems.
Lindsay is a family law attorney who passed the North Carolina State Bar in September 2024. She has been practicing as a family law attorney since passing the bar.
She has gained experience in absolute divorce, alienation of affection, child custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, property division, and alternative dispute resolution.
A former collegiate athlete and Northern California native, Lindsay is a dedicated member of the Wake County community who balances her legal practice with a love for the outdoors, tennis, and spending time with her pets.
