A judge has finally determined that Usher Raymond will receive primary custody of his two sons. The celebrity has been battling with his ex-wife in court for several months in regards to the custody of their children.
However, Usher’s former wife Tameka is unhappy with the results of the trial and has decided to file an appeal and request a new trial. She is currently grieving the loss of her teenage son, who tragically died in a jet ski accident while the child custody case for her two children with Usher was taking place.
The judge has yet to rule on the appeal, and therefore the two young boys, Usher V and Naviyd, will remain in the custody of their father. Raymond was originally criticized by Tameka as being an unfit parent due to his hectic schedule and lifestyle.
