Custody to Fathers

Many people believe that custody will go to the mother by default in a divorce. However, this is not the case. Fathers can receive full custody of their children in a divorce.

Recently, the magazine Marie Claire profiled three such cases. For various reasons, the mothers could not obtain custody or felt that the father would be the better primary caretaker.
