Kelly Morris’ Family Seeking Custody of Child

Kelly Morris has been missing since September 3, 2008. In February, William Morris' attorneys placed a legal notice in the newspaper, giving her 40 days to respond to  a custody complaint over her husband.

Monday was the last day of the period, and a court hearing was held. Neither Kelly nor William Morris attended the hearing. Now Kelly Morris' family has filed for emergency custody of the girl in question. The girl's half sister already lives with Kelly's family.
